Moollon J Classic 4 - Sunburst
Super rare Moollon J Classic 60's style 4-string Jazz bass
Another Moollon has just landed at John Fox Bass!
Just like the 5-string Moollon I had last week, this one is flawlessly built, and is the nicest true vintage style jazz bass I have ever played, but in a 4-string version.
The neck feels just like my old '64 Custom Shop reissue - in fact the entire bass looks and feels exactly like that bass other than the headstock logo, but there is one big difference: the Moollon sounds even better. (And I didn't even realize that was going to be possible!)
Everything about this bass makes you think you are playing the best early 60's Fender you will see in your lifetime, it is just uncanny.
Moollon produces only 60 basses per year, and only 6 of those go to dealers. The rest are direct sales, likely to never be seen out on the open market. There is a 30 month wait to get a new one, and I can assure you that they are well worth the 30 month wait!
But if you don't want to wait, grab this one now, I guarantee you will be blown away by how it plays and sounds.
If you are looking for a fully legit super nice 1960's Fender Jazz bass but don't want to pay $30,000++ for it, look no further!
